Skillets

A skillet is a cast iron frying pan and it often has two handles or a handle. Because a skillet is made of cast iron, it is suitable for any heat source. You can therefore use it indoors on the cooker or in the oven, but also outdoors on the barbecue or over a campfire. Because of the good qualities of cast iron, a skillet is also the preferred pan of many chefs.
