Fricakandells burnt ends

Recipe for 2 persons (VH.RUB)
Preparation time approx. 60 min


  • 4 frikandells
  • mustard
  • VH.Rub byValhal Outdoor
  • BBQ sauce
  • 3 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter


  1. Coat the meatballs with smooth mustard.
  2. Sprinkle the smeared frikandells with rub.
  3. Fire up the BBQ to approximately 170 - 180 degrees Celsius. 
  4. Now start indirectly BBQing the meat for 30 minutes, if necessary add some smokewood.
  5. Remove the frikandells from the BBQ and cut them into pieces and place them in an oven dish. Sprinkle them with the caster sugar, butter and mix with BBQ sauce.
  6. Place the oven dish back in the BBQ for about 20 more minutes. 7. Let them cool down a little and enjoy!
